Why we built it.
Every shipper has a story about a broker who added 25% at checkout. Every driver has a story about waiting 60 days to get paid. The industry runs on trust that the platforms have been steadily eroding.
Fortis Logistics does three unfashionable things: we put the all-in price on the tin, we escrow every pound, and we pay operators in 48 hours. That's the whole product.

How we're funded.
Fortis is self-funded. No VC, no external investors. We take a fixed 10% margin on every booking plus VAT and card-processing — priced into the number the shipper sees. We don't take commission from operators, we don't sell ads, we don't sell data.
