What does it cost me?
Nothing to list. Nothing to stay listed. The customer pays Fortis's margin on top of your quote — you keep 100% of what you asked for.
Who pays for fuel / tolls / congestion?
Whatever you priced into your quote. Fortis doesn't split costs — your quote is your quote, all-in from your end too.
What verifications do I need?
Public liability insurance (we verify with your insurer), vehicle insurance, and a clean driving licence. DBS for white-glove and home deliveries. No O-Licence needed for van work (under 3.5t).
What vans qualify?
Small van (Transit Connect, Caddy, Combo), medium van (Transit Custom, Transporter, Vivaro), large van (Transit LWB, Sprinter LWB, Crafter), Luton box van with tail-lift. Plus motorbike, bicycle and car for urgent small items.
What if a customer doesn't pay?
They can't book without putting money in escrow first. By the time you accept, the money is already in the Fortis Cover trust account.
What if I can't finish a job?
Tell us early and we'll try to find relay cover. Repeated no-shows get you removed from the marketplace — same rules as everyone.
